Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that our partner Emily A. Kaller has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society limited to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
LCA Fellows are selected based upon their excellence and accomplishment in litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, and for their superior ethical reputations.
As a commercial litigator, Emily assists clients in the resolution of business, estate and trust, and personal disputes through strategic counseling, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including negotiation and mediation, and litigation in state and federal courts. She also handles appellate matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court, Appellate Division, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Emily is a past President of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and a past President of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s LGBTQ Rights and Women in the Profession Sections. She is a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and the Middlesex County Bar Association, and currently serves on the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct (ACJC) of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
