Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe

5:00pm - 9:00pm

Greenbaum partner Jack Fersko, who co-chairs the firm’s Real Estate practice, will be a panelist at this year’s Developer’s Night, hosted by the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA). The event, which annually draws hundreds of CRE professionals for a night of networking and panel presentations addressing challenges and opportunities in the NJ/metro real estate market, will be held this year on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe.

The agenda for IOREBA’s Developer’s Night will touch on a broad range of issues. Panelists will examine the impact of New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill’s stated priorities and the administration’s Executive Orders related to the Strategic Initiatives & Economic Opportunity Office, a specialized unit within New Jersey’s Office of the Chief Operating Officer created by Governor Sherrill to streamline state government, enhance economic growth, and oversee regulatory reform.

Other topics of discussion will include:

  • New Jersey’s new Flood Hazard Rules
  • The EPA’s proposed amendments to the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Rule
  • Issues impacting the warehouse sector
  • Executive Orders impacting the energy sector, New Jersey’s Community Solar and Garden State Energy Storage programs, and the development of data centers in the state
  • General observations on issues currently impacting the CRE industry, including interest rates, tariffs, artificial intelligence, and conflicts in the Middle East and Ukraine
  • Future concerns including those related to rates, polarization within the U.S., and anti-money laundering efforts/FINCen Rules

Jack’s practice reflects his extensive experience as a commercial real estate and general business lawyer.  His legal services emphasize industrial, commercial and retail real estate activities, with a particular concentration on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial properties, development and redevelopment projects, financing, environmentally impacted transactions, landlord-tenant issues, and alternative energy initiatives.

Registration for Developer’s Night is available on the IOREBA website.
