Gray will be a panelist for the program “Managing the Boom: Planning Tools for Data Center Impacts in New Jersey” at the firm-sponsored New Jersey Planning & Redevelopment Conference 2026, hosted by New Jersey Future and the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association.. The program will be presented virtually on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 9:00am to 10:00am.

This session will examine the rapid growth of data centers in New Jersey and the opportunities and challenges they present, including increased energy and water use, utility costs, and community impacts. Drawing on experiences from across the country, panelists will discuss zoning, infrastructure planning, cost-sharing strategies, and community benefit agreements, providing practical guidance on managing risks, evaluating impacts, and balancing economic development with fiscal and environmental responsibility.
