Greenbaum partner Robert B. Hille will serve as a speaker for a presentation on “The Use of AI in Modern Legal Practice: Tools, Tactics, and Pitfalls” at the 2026 NJSBA Spring Conference, to be hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The Conference, a comprehensive, one-day event covering the latest developments and strategies in several key areas of practice, will be presented online on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

This session will address the practical use of AI in the legal profession with a focus on litigation. The speakers will provide an overview of some specific AI products and how to maximize efficiently using them; do’s and don’ts in the use of AI in motion practice; the use of AI in discovery, research and brief generation; and ways to use AI to maximize efficiency in transactional work, and by corporate counsel and government lawyers. The panel will also provide some caveats, including ethical Issues to keep in mind.

Bob is a past President of the NJSBA. He focuses his practice in Litigation, with a particular emphasis on trial advocacy. His areas of concentration include insurance, Healthcare law, professional liability and ethics, and white-collar criminal matters, including those related to professional ethics. He has extensive trial expertise that encompasses insurance defense and coverage cases, Healthcare disputes, professional liability defense, fraud and abuse, and regulatory issues. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
