Carla D. Henderson

Carla serves as Director of Human Resources, partnering with the firm’s Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic HR leadership. She oversees labor and employment law compliance, employee relations, talent management, engagement, and the administration of the firm’s benefits and welfare plans. With over 30 years of experience across nonprofit, public, and private sectors, Carla excels at aligning HR strategies to support attorneys and staff and foster a positive workplace environment. Prior to joining Greenbaum, she managed HR for a nationwide merchandising company with 1,500+ employees throughout the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Carla is an active member at both the central and national levels of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and continues to expand her HR expertise through professional development.
