Ellen is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer, working closely with firm leadership to strengthen operational infrastructure and support continued growth. As Greenbaum’s COO, she aligns the firm’s business strategy with its long-term growth objectives, working at the intersection of finance, technology, and human capital. Ellen oversees daily operations, spearheads process optimizations, and leads cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, HR, and accounting to maximize productivity and profitability. Prior to joining the firm, Ellen spent 30 years in public accounting as a strategic advisor in financial reporting and tax planning for closely held corporations and their owners. Ellen believes that the strongest company cultures are built through clear communication, mentorship, and high-performing teams, which drives both operational excellence and employee retention. In her role as COO, she helps foster a stable and forward-thinking environment, including supporting initiatives that provide the firm with the robust infrastructure needed to deliver exceptional results for our clients
