With over 28 years of experience in the field of electronic discovery, Miguel is Greenbaum’s Practice Support Manager. His knowledge in eDiscovery is concentrated primarily in complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory compliance. He leads the firm’s end-to-end electronic discovery process, ensuring defensibility and efficiency from identification through production. Miguel consults with and advises the firm’s attorneys and paralegals on all aspects of eDiscovery, solving complex data issues and helping both attorneys and our clients pinpoint critical evidence. He often deals directly with clients to provide guidance on the data collection process, including the possible use of forensic vendors to assist in that regard. Throughout his career, Miguel has held significant roles at numerous mid-sized and large national and global law firms and at a major, top-tier global accounting firm.
