Stephanie is a diverse, experienced and thoughtful litigator who provides strategic representation to business entities and individuals in complex federal and state court litigation in the areas of banking, family law, trusts & estates, consumer fraud, construction law, and commercial real estate.
She represents condominium associations and unit owners in construction-related matters including contract disputes, consumer fraud cases and RICO claims. She represents owners and developers in arbitrations and litigation proceedings regarding construction defects, including buildings and heavy construction projects.
In the banking and financial services sector, Stephanie’s experience includes defending financial institutions from claims and counterclaims involving lender liability based upon fraud, breach of contract, and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
In the area of trusts and estates litigation, Stephanie has represented clients in will contests, the prosecution and defense of applications for the disqualification of executors and trustees, the attack and defense of prenuptial agreements, and claims involving a spouse's right to an elective share of an estate.
Her family law practice includes divorce, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, as well as post-judgment modification and enforcement.

Represented a real estate developer in breach-of-contract litigation against a contractor for failure to comply with project design specifications and drawings.
In the first case decided under New Jersey’s elder financial abuse reporting statute, obtained a favorable non-jury ruling confirming that the client, a financial institution, acted properly and that the statute imposed no affirmative regulatory obligations.
