Victoria Martignetti

Vicki works in tandem with Greenbaum’s attorneys and management on the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of attorneys and paralegals at the firm, including lateral partners. She has nearly 25 years of experience related to the oversight of recruitment initiatives. Vicki manages key aspects of the firm’s hiring process, including candidate searches, the preliminary qualification of candidates, and candidate interviews. She also plays an important role in coordinating the firm’s summer associate program, serving as a liaison between Greenbaum and law school career services and assisting with summer program activities and events. In addition to her recruitment skills, Vicki is a trained litigation paralegal.
