Dennis represents clients in family law litigation and mediation, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals including senior level professionals and business owners. His experience covers a wide range of issues impacting divorcing parties and families, including child custody and support, alimony, asset valuation, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements, appellate practice and post-judgment litigation. He provides support in financially complex matrimonial litigation throughout New Jersey.

As a trained family law mediator, Dennis regularly participates in the mediation of all types of matrimonial and family law disputes, both pre- and post-judgment. He is admitted to the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases in Bergen, Essex, Monmouth, Morris, and Union counties as a Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator. He has also served as a court-appointed arbitrator in family law cases.
