Lauren is a transactional real estate lawyer who counsels clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial, industrial, warehouse, office, retail, multi-family and mixed-use properties. She takes pride in finding creative and efficient solutions to client problems. Her work includes the drafting and negotiation of contracts, agreements, leases and other transactional documents on behalf of property and business owners, developers, landlords, tenants and borrowers.

Lauren provides guidance throughout all stages of a transaction, from contracting through due diligence, financing, construction and closing. Prior to entering private practice, she served as in-house counsel to a leading regional real estate management firm. In that role, she had responsibility for managing a broad range of business and real estate issues for a diverse portfolio of internal clients.
