Cristian assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation matters, including those related to employment discrimination claims, condominium association disputes, and public entity liability, as well as the arbitration of consumer fraud claims. Her work has included legal research and the drafting of motions and legal memoranda, white papers and client communications. She has also conducted and defended depositions, attended case management conferences, and prepared client representatives for their depositions.
As a summer associate at the firm, Cristian worked closely with partners and other attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in areas of practice including employment, construction, and healthcare law, as well as FINRA arbitration. She analyzed legal frameworks for medical wellness facilities, renewable energy projects, and jurisdictional authority over foreign corporations, and provided support on the preparation of materials for a CLE presentation on legal ethics to in-house counsel.

Representing the State of New Jersey, Department of Children and Families, and Department of Corrections in a series of high-exposure cases arising under extended statutes of limitations involving claims of alleged child sexual abuse. The potential aggregate exposure across these matters approaches $1 billion, with certain cases expected to resolve through settlement or high/low agreements.

Cristian was a Dean's List student in both law school and as an undergraduate.
While attending law school, Cristian was Managing Editor of the Rutger's Law Women's Rights Law Reporter, co-chaired the Women's Law Forum, and was a member of the Minority Student Program
As a clinical law student at the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic in Newark, conducted legal research and analyzed service agreement contracts to ensure legal compliance and safeguard the clinic's clients' interests.
