With broad-based knowledge gained through over 25 years of practice, Darren is a trial lawyer who represents individuals and business clients in complex commercial litigation. Co-chairing the firm’s litigation practice, his experience encompasses cases involving partnership and minority shareholder disputes, non-compete agreements and restrictive covenants, breach of fiduciary duty, and claims related to unfair competition and trade secret issues. Darren has additional expertise in construction, employment, real estate, estate and condominium litigation, including claims brought under New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act, construction defect cases, and lawsuits seeking monetary damages and specific performance. 

Regardless of the nature of the dispute, Darren provides practical guidance and places a strong focus on helping his clients manage their legal obligations and understand their responsibilities to partners and shareholders, external vendors, and the public to avoid liability and claims whenever possible.

Darren is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
