Emmalise assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation matters, including business disputes, land use and real estate litigation, and employment matters. Her work encompasses trial preparation, case law research, and the drafting of legal memoranda in support of clients including businesses, common interest communities, real estate developers, and individuals.
Emmalise has gained hands-on experience with a number of New Jersey’s legislative statutes, including the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Conscientious Employee Protection Act, Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, and Municipal Land Use Law.

While attending law school, served as a student attorney at Seton Hall Law School's Center for Social Justice (2023). Also served as Articles Editor and Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and as a moot court board member.
