Float Legal Secretary – Full-Time, Onsite – We are seeking qualified candidates with at least three (3) years of legal administrative experience in a New Jersey law firm or comparable legal setting. This onsite role provides interim administrative support across multiple practice areas, including litigation, real estate, tax, and trusts and estates, and includes backup receptionist coverage as needed.
This position is ideal for candidates who can quickly adapt to different attorney styles and practice areas, providing seamless support in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to shift secretarial techniques from day to day and assignment to assignment. Candidates must possess strong adaptability, organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of document production, attorney time entry, court e-filings, scheduling, and client communication. Knowledge of FileSite/WorkSite (iManage) is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $67,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Exact compensation will be determined based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
